OUR STORY
Comfort Zion Empowerment Foundation was established from a desire to serve others with compassion and practical support.
By God’s grace, the foundation continues to reach people who are experiencing difficult circumstances and provide assistance where it is most needed.
Our work is built on the belief that every person deserves compassion, dignity, encouragement, and hope. Through regular support and community assistance, we seek to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families.
We believe that helping others is not only about providing material support. It is also about reminding people that they are seen, valued, and not alone.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Christiana Agbo
Founder, Comfort Zion Empowerment Foundation
Christiana Agbo is the founder of Comfort Zion Empowerment Foundation, an initiative established from a desire to support individuals, families, and communities facing difficult circumstances.
Before establishing a formal monthly support initiative, Christiana had already been helping families and individuals in need in different ways. By God’s grace, she has supported families facing difficult circumstances, helped empower women with funds to start small businesses and develop skills, assisted widows with food and other essential needs, contributed towards house rent, supported children’s school fees, and provided help with hospital bills when possible.
Through the foundation, her desire is to continue serving others with compassion, providing practical support where possible, and helping bring hope and encouragement to people in need.
As part of this ongoing work, the foundation has established a monthly orphan visitation initiative held on the 25th of each month. Through this initiative, orphaned children are visited and supported with care, encouragement, and practical assistance.
By God’s grace, Christiana remains committed to supporting people facing difficult circumstances, empowering individuals where possible, and helping strengthen families and communities through compassion and practical support.
HOW WE SUPPORT PEOPLE
From the beginning, Comfort Zion Empowerment Foundation has supported individuals and families in different areas of need. By God’s grace, we have been able to provide support to families facing difficult circumstances, help women start small businesses and develop skills that can support their families, assist widows with food and other essential needs, help with house rent, contribute towards children’s school fees, and provide assistance with hospital bills when possible.
Our desire is to help people not only through immediate support, but also by empowering them where possible. Supporting someone with funds to begin a small business or develop a skill can provide an opportunity to build a more stable future for themselves and their families.
As the foundation continues to grow, we have also introduced a special orphan visitation initiative that takes place on the 25th of each month. On this day, we visit and support orphaned children, offering care, encouragement, and practical assistance.
Through our ongoing support initiatives, we continue to assist people in different areas of need, including:
